Returns Centre Policy

To ensure a seamless return process, please refer to the brief guide below, then review our comprehensive policy details.

Guide for Returns

  1. Verify eligibility – You have 30 days from your order’s shipping date to request a return.
  2. Visit the Return Portal – Enter your order number and email address.
  3. Submit your request – Choose the items you’d like to return.
  4. Wait until approval is granted – Following approval, shipping instructions will be sent to you via email.
  5. Return your item(s) - Within 14 days of approval, in original condition and packaging.
  6. Reimbursement/credit provided - After examination, your reimbursement or store credit will be managed according to our Refund/Return Policy.

Ordered the Incorrect Item

Refund To Original Payment Method:

  • 20% restocking fee for returns on items in stock.
  • We do not offer returns for made to order items.

Cash refunds are not issued; refunds by check will be processed through Can-Jam Motorsports’ accounting department if required.

Refund Instore Credit:

  • 10% restocking fee on in-stock items.
  • We do not offer returns for made to order items.

POLICY DETAILS

Is My Order/Item Eligible for a Refund?

  • You have 30 days to report damaged or incorrect items.
  • After 30 days, Can-Jam Motorsports cannot process returns or exchanges.

Stocking Item

  • A stocking item is a product listed as in stock at Can-Jam Motorsports website
  • Availability details are featured on a product page.

Made to Order Item

  • made to order item is any product marked as “Made to Order” on a product page.

What Items Are Returnable?

  • Products must be within the 30-day return window, in unused, resellable condition, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

What Items Cannot Be Returned?

  • Modified, installed, or Made to Order products are not eligible for return.
  • Special order and electrical components (including ECU tuning devices) are non-returnable.
  • Items returned after the 30-day window or without an RMA will be refused.
  • Canceled service appointments with deposits are non-refundable.
  • Some items must be sent directly to the manufacturer for inspection before a return or exchange can be approved.

What Items Cannot Be Cancelled?

  • Made to order items. These cannot be canceled or returned once ordered.
  • Gift cards
Ordered the Incorrect Item?

In-stock items (Can-Jam Motorports Location):

  • Refund to original payment method: 20% restocking fee.
  • Refund to store credit: 10% Restocking fee
Received the Wrong Item?

If you receive an incorrect item:

  • You are eligible for a refund or exchange with no restocking fee.
  • All shipping costs will be covered by us.
Received a Damaged Item?

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at support@canjammotorsports.com within: 7 business days of delivery. 24 hours for freight shipments.
  • Provide photos of the damaged item(s), packaging, and shipping box. Do not discard packaging until Can-Jam Motorsports team advises you.
  • Do not attempt to install damaged products, as this may void the claim.

Our team will file a claim with the carrier and coordinate a replacement in accordance with carrier guidelines. Failure to notify us within the stated timeframe may hinder our ability to assist.

Defective Items
  • Do not initiate a return. Reach out to us (support@canjammotorsports.com ) promptly for a warranty claim with the CanJam Motorsports. Typically, a replacement is offered instead of a refund.
  • Refund eligibility is subject to our warranty policy.

Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, an email notification will be sent regarding approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2–7 business days, credited to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are approved solely by Can-Jam Motorsports Management
Late or Missing Refunds
  • Verify with your credit card issuer or banking institution as processing times can vary.

How to Start a Return?

  1. Visit our Return Portal.
  2. Enter your order number and email address.
  3. Follow the instructions to select the items you’d like to return.
  4. Once approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

Returns need to be shipped within 14 days of approval. Failure to do so will result in cancellation and loss of refund eligibility.
