Shipping policy

All products sold through our online store are shipped via UPS, Fedex, DHL, Purolator or Freight, depending on the order size and destination.
All packages over $150 include shipping insurance in case of loss or damage during transit.

Tracking: Tracking numbers are automatically generated once a package ships and will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

Damaged Shipments: If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify the shipping driver immediately and file a claim with the carrier.

Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to inspect their shipment and contents. After this period, Can-Jam Motorsports is no longer responsible for missing items.
You have 30 days to report any damaged or incorrect items; after this time, Canjam Motorsports cannot process returns or exchanges related to those claims.

International Orders:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by their country. Please contact your local customs office for details before ordering.
Canjam Motorsports is not responsible for international customs charges, duties, or brokerage fees.


Drop Shipping

Some products may be drop-shipped directly from manufacturer or distributor warehouses.
This process can sometimes speed up delivery but may add 1–3 business days to fulfillment time depending on product availability.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST may not be processed the same day.
Please allow 24–48 hours for order processing before shipment.
