Returns & Exchanges

How to Return an Item:
You have 14 days from receipt to inspect your shipment. After this period, Canjam Motorsports is not responsible for missing items.
You have 30 days to report damaged or incorrect items. After this time, Canjam Motorsports cannot process returns or exchanges.

All stocking products are subject to a 30-day return policy.

Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Canceled orders may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.

All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipment.

An RMA can be obtained by contacting Canjam Motorsports Support via phone or email.

Some items must be sent directly to the manufacturer for inspection before a return or exchange can be approved.

Modified, installed, or custom-made products are not eligible for return.

Special order and electrical components (including ECU tuning devices) are non-returnable.

Items returned after the 30-day window or without an RMA will be refused.

Canceled service appointments with deposits are non-refundable.


Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 30 days or less.

Payments made by Credit Card or PayPal will be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Cash refunds are not issued; refunds by check will be processed through Canjam Motorsports’ accounting department if required.

Refunds are approved solely by Canjam Motorsports Management; sales staff do not make refund decisions.

Canceled service or tuning appointments with deposits are non-refundable.
