CJM Billet Top Feed Fuel Rail Kit

The CJM Billet Top Feed Fuel Rail Kit is engineered to increase fuel system capacity and ensure consistent fuel delivery in high-horsepower Subaru engines. The factory Subaru rails operate in a series configuration, meaning each cylinder receives fuel sequentially — often resulting in uneven distribution at power levels beyond 350whp. The CJM system eliminates this issue with a true parallel flow design, providing equal fuel pressure and volume to each injector for consistent performance across all cylinders.

Each CJM fuel rail is CNC machined from solid 6061 billet aluminum and features a large ⅝" (16mm) internal bore with -8 SAE ports, allowing for increased fuel volume and flow capacity capable of supporting over 1000 horsepower. The rails also include ports for optional fuel dampers positioned between the injectors to stabilize fuel pressure and absorb pulsation caused by injector operation.

To further enhance performance, CJM integrates phenolic G10/FR4 spacers between the fuel rails and TGV housings to significantly reduce heat transfer from the engine to the fuel, maintaining cooler, denser fuel temperatures under demanding conditions.

Each kit includes precision hardware and is available in black, gold, or raw/silver anodized finishes, all featuring a laser-etched CJM logo.
