Master Cylinder Brace (VA)

The CJM Master Cylinder Brace is CNC machined from a solid piece of 6061-T6 billet aluminum, chosen for its excellent strength-to-weight ratio. We designed it with strategic material removal, including lightening cuts and drilled holes, to reduce weight while maintaining the necessary stiffness and structural integrity. This approach ensures the brace is lightweight yet capable of handling the forces exerted during braking.

DESIGN
The design features attachment points at multiple strategic locations on the shock tower, creating a strong and rigid bridge between the firewall, master cylinder, and chassis. An adjustable tension screw allows for fine preload, further reinforcing the connection and stiffness. Finished with an anodized black coating and stainless steel hardware, the design balances weight reduction with durability, providing maximum strength and stiffness without unnecessary weight.
